Aaah, I have something to tell again.
I still say the file on the ET server is just too big, and I have talked about it with some players there with english and the agreed so. Sure there is some progress, I have played 2 times even with 3 visitors, but just look around like I did so! One of the most hot servers are the "no download" servers. It doesn't mean we shouldn't have any RR pack, but shows that downloading effects when choosing a server to play on seriously .
Just check this out, there is the ip and name of the -TWC| server I was tinkering while |RR| was down, and until they mismodified it. Once it's name was | TWC | No Download and it did not offer anything to download expect for jaymod. It was famous and crowded of players. Tere are some of my screenshots taken on this server to prove it:
Now, just take a look at it, it's name has been changed to | TWC | Now Download#, and of course you need to download to play on it. Nowadays they have to keep the bots without autodisconnect behaviour, and they are lucky if there any are visitors, not just members hanging around with each other.

At the other hand look at this "no download" server which I usually play on:

I beg you to lower the size of the downloads, I beg because I am thanksful to you for keeping the servers, cause they have given me years of fun for free. I try to isnpire so I made a cortex modification. All the same, I just modifed the posters only, and added bass to the music and made the "g" map look like a map not a rainbow.
I have sorted the soundpack in the filter that I have learnt seeing what the ppl like and use.
For the last I say the player prefer the old weapon sounds and skinpack, cause they have got to it, it is accustomed for them since years! We can keep the tesla gun, fg skin and sound, they are beloved and |RR| characteristic.
Please mind my suggestions that say useing original sound and skinpack, triing my chatsound pack or what while keeping the characteristics and maybe try out the cortex modification... If you don't aggree, please just have a trial for one month.

Not to worry... I am first going to be trying a new Dedi server out. Main reason is price since the only servers that see a lot of action are the KF servers. So I will be in a "sense" be downgrading. But that should not affect quality just won't be able to run ranked servers. I will be creating new ET servers one will have the soundpak the rest will not. I should have the first few ET and CS:S servers up by tomorrow.

Alright I have created a few servers I will be posting IP's shortly. The servers you show me are 2.55 but I think I want to make most of the servers 2.60b with maybe 1-2 2.55.
As a side not the "No Download" server is also false. They are running Jaymod. In order to connect to that server without ever playing jaymod before you must download the jaymod .pk3 So that throws the "No Download" part out the window.
